Please complete the intake form within our ‘get started’ page, and a member of our team will be in touch regarding scheduling and suitability. We would like to host an initial meeting to discuss the participant and how POTS can support them and their surrounding supports.
After each therapy session our admin team will send out an invoice to be paid within 7 days.If you’re NDIS Self-Managed or Privately paying, the invoice will have details to pay via direct deposit or you can opt-in for direct debit.If you’re NDIS Plan-Managed, your plan manager will be sent the invoice for payment
As we are a mobile provider, we do charge a small travel cost in addition to the intervention cost.
POTS is currently only a mobile service, however we aspire to open a clinic in the future.
POTS is a mobile paediatric occupational therapy company, which offers one on one intervention, assessment packages and parent coaching.
We charge by the hour at the standard NDIS rate. Should the NDIS rate be adjusted, our rate will automatically align with it. POTS provides mobile paediatric therapy services within the Newcastle area. If you are unsure if your suburb is included within this area, please complete our intake form, and a member of our team will contact you.
POTS is not currently a registered NDIS provider. This means as a business we can only provide occupational therapy services to participants who are self-managed or plan managed. We endeavour to be an NDIS registered practice in the future.
